Abstract Given the problems existing in operation of supercritical 600MW boiler, such as spiral pipe water cooling wall outlet, superheater and reheater surface overtemperature easily, amount are too large under high load, low load is small to meet need cold heating, boiler combustion optimization adjustment carried out. Through pulverized coal fineness, air distribution characteristics, swinging Angle burner furnace outlet optimized, oxygen level heating solved, desuperheating flow different can needs heat supply, at same time, it also improves efficiency, effectively improve safety economy unit.
